Signature Global bought 48 acres in Gurugram for ₹1,070 Cr in FY24. Sale bookings rose 42% to ₹10,290 Cr in FY25, driven by market foresight and strong residential demand.

The company posted ₹8,670 Cr in pre-sales for 9M FY25, up 178% YoY—achieving 87% of its ₹10,000 Cr sales target.

Realty firm Signature Global is planning to invest around ₹4,000 crore to develop two new housing projects in Gurugram as part of its expansion plan, its Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal said.
